Since 1985 I have been wearing eye glasses for distance. Even though my glasses were always for distance, I just found it easier to wear them all the time. About every 3 or 4 years, my prescription had been getting progressively stronger and in 2010 the prescription changed to accommodate reading and distance. In August 2010 I was introduced to Genesis, a product containing resveratrol, and started consuming 1 ounce or 30ml a day. Within the first 3 days I started experiencing a “pressure” on my temples. It was not a discomforting feeling like a headache and it didn't stop me from going about my daily activities.
During this time I began to notice that I was holding things farther and farther away to read. I found that if I took my glasses off I was able to read and see the words clearly at a normal distance. Then I noticed that seeing at a distance was a bit blurry as well. What is going on I thought to myself. I decided to experiment and see what it would be like to wear an older prescription. I went to the drawer where I kept my glasses from past years. I thought I had picked out the most recent prescription but it turned out that the glasses I grabbed were from 2001. I began riding a stationary bike and lifting weights to get some exercise. I was now using muscles in my body that had not been worked this hard in a long time and was expecting my body to ache.
