Healthy Eating:
Meals That Heal Inflammation

”Eliminate inflammation in the body and transform your health.”

Healthy eating is one of the best things you can do for yourself every day. When you eat well, you not only feel better but you also have more energy. And you lower your risk of some of the most serious diseases and conditions such as diabetes and heart disease.

All the research that has been done for this site on how to eliminate inflammation in the body points to the same thing...FOOD! Conditions such as arthritis, irritable bowel syndrome, allergies, back pain, asthma and constipation are all linked to inflammation. And the best way to control inflammation is not by taking anti-inflammatory medication, it is with the food we eat.

I have been introduced to a powerful food-based healthy eating program that I want to share with you now – it is called Meals that Heal Inflammation: Embrace Healthy Living and Eliminate Pain, One Meal at a Time and is authored by Julie Daniluk. You may not be familiar with her name but chances are you have read her articles or seen her on television. Julie is a holistic nutritionist that specializes in helping people with chronic health conditions. She is co-host of OWN’s Healthy Gourmet and has appeared on the Marilyn Denis Show and Dr. Oz.

Julie recognizes that chronic inflammation is at the root of most of the current health problems affecting adults today. And if you are like me, you are not looking for medications to mask the problem. You want to become pain free naturally, without tricks or gimmicks.

One of the things I have learned from reading and embracing the Meals That Heal Inflammation Nutrition Guide is that over 13 million North Americans have allergies to food. Because I have never experienced anaphylaxis or broken out in a rash after consuming particular foods, I didn’t think I was in that group. Now I have discovered that allergens such as milk, wheat, corn, potatoes, peanuts and eggs may be causing inflammation in the body.

I have also learned more about the importance of fiber in food. In fact, having sufficient fiber in the body helps you feel full, and eliminate toxins. When you increase your fiber intake it is also important to increase consumption of fluids, especially water.

The Meals That Heal Inflammation program suggests that “with the right information, it is possible to begin to heal yourself...from the inside out!”. I truly believe that if you follow the information Julie has packed into her book, you too could transform your health, boost your energy and ultimately stop pain and inflammation in your body.

Since we have to eat every day, doesn’t it make sense to learn how healthy eating could help you see a lessening of your inflammation-related conditions?
