Foods That Cause Inflammation:
Remove These From Your Diet

”Some foods can worsen it and even cause it to occur.”

There are foods that cause inflammation. Inflammation occurs when the body is irritated in some way.

Inflammation is somewhat like a painful sore that does not heal, but it occurs within the body. Over time, the condition will spread and worsen, especially if no treatment is taken.

What scientists do know about inflammation is that some foods can worsen it and even cause it to occur.

By eliminating those foods from your diet, you give the body's immune system the tools necessary to fight off the inflammation and to restore health to the body.

However, it is not always a simple process and many people need extensive medical treatment because the inflammation has spread or worsened, leading to complications.

If you start off by removing some of these foods from your diet, you may find that the inflammation reduces. We recommend following the diet solution program. The reason we like this program is because of the underlying principles which are based on increasing consumption of whole foods while reducing over processed and highly toxic foods.

It is also important to keep in mind that inflammation does not have to be related to the digestion process to be affected by the food. For example, you can have a chronic inflammation occurring in your lungs that is in some way related to the foods you consume.
